Does CardMoola offer physical gift cards?

No, CardMoola focuses on providing customers with digital gift cards in our marketplace. CardMoola is very customer-focused, if you believe we should reconsider offering only digital gift cards or if there are physical gift cards you want us to provide, please use our contact form to provide feedback regarding your request. Every request is reviewed by our product team.

Why is my favorite retailer's gift card not offered by CardMoola?

CardMoola offers more than 280 gift cards from retailers. The CardMoola product team consistently evaluates our brands and we make additional recommendations based on customer demand. If there is a gift card you want CardMoola to offer, simply send us a request via the customer support page or contact form. We will review your request and notify you once your requested gift card is available.

What happens if I send a gift card to a friend and they do not receive it?

  1. We ask you to check the "Spam" or "Junk" folders to ensure the gift card was not delivered there in error.
  2. Next, we ask you to wait for at least 1 hour to ensure our server is not overwhelmed with requests.
  3. If the recipient has not received the gift card after taking these steps, then please send us a support ticket https://dev.cardmoola.com/support.

How long does it take to deliver digital gift cards?

CardMoola digital gift cards ship nearly immediately after the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is less than 5 minutes after receiving the order confirmation message. We also update the gift card delivery status in real-time in your order summary.


What is a scheduled delivery?

  • A scheduled delivery is a feature CardMoola offers to allow our customers to purchase a gift card today for delivery to another person on a specific day and time.
  • An example would be buying a gift card for a family member on November 21st for delivery at 9 am EST on December 25th. This example illustrates buying a gift card in November for delivery on Christmas morning.
  • When the scheduled delivery purchase is complete you have our 100% guarantee that the gift card with the amount you selected will arrive on time. Gift cards on the CardMoola platform can be purchased up to 365 days in advance. A scheduled delivery is made when the “Send to Friend” option is enabled on the Shopping Cart page.


Why can I not return a gift card after purchase?

Once the digital gift card codes are created, we cannot determine if the gift card has been used or not. We are always looking to improve our functionality. Once we resolve the issues that prevent gift card returns, we will enable that feature.


Does CardMoola offer telephone support?

We ask that you send in your support questions and concerns via our state-of-the-art ticketing system. We have found that the majority of issues can be resolved electronically. If your situation requires a telephone call, we will be sure to contact you if necessary.

Why is cashback not offered on all gift cards?

From time to time, CardMoola offers cashback to our customers as an incentive. We are constantly reviewing our promotions, and we reserve the right to offer promotions at any time. At CardMoola, our customers come first, and we are always looking for ways to improve the experience and save our customers money.
