review your request and notify you once your requested gift card is available.
What happens if I send a gift card to a friend and they do not receive it?
- We ask you to check the "Spam" or "Junk" folders to ensure the gift card was not delivered there in error.
- Next, we ask you to wait for at least 1 hour to ensure our server is not overwhelmed with requests.

How long does it take to deliver digital gift cards?
CardMoola digital gift cards ship nearly immediately after the payment is
received. Usually, delivery time is less than 5 minutes after receiving the
order confirmation message. We also update the gift card delivery status in
real-time in your order summary.
